The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 08, 2025, notified regarding the Compliance Guidelines for Digital Accessibility Circular ‘Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and rules made thereunder mandatory compliance by all Regulated Entities’.
The following has been stated namely: -
• As per SEBI Circular dated September 25, 2025 (attached as Annexure A), Trading Members are required to submit details pertaining to the appointment of IAAP-certified accessibility professionals as Auditors (Reference: Part A Summary of Compliance Requirements- Table A and Part C – Formats for Compliance Submission) to the Exchange by December 14, 2025.
• To facilitate this, the Exchange has developed functionality on the BEFS portal. The navigation path is as follows:
• BEFS --> Rights of Persons with Disabilities à Digital Platform and IAAP appointment – Table C1 and Table C2 (both)
• For ease of reference, screenshots of the functionality are attached as Annexure B.
• Trading Members are advised to ensure submission of the required details by December 14, 2025.
