NCDEX notified regarding the Applicability of Event based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM) re-triggered for Coriander

Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on December 05, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Applicability of Event based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM).

The following has been stated namely: -

• E-ASM is imposed when the High–Low price variation exceeds the defined threshold, calculated as [(High – Low) / Low × 100].

• Based on recent price movement, E-ASM of 2.5% has been re-triggered for Coriander.

• The margin applies to all running and yet-to-be-launched Coriander contracts until December 29, 2025.

• Among listed commodities, only Coriander meets the trigger criteria (10-day movement of 15%), while Barley, Castor Seed, Guar Gum, Guar Seed, Jeera, and Turmeric show no E-ASM triggers.
