The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 08, 2025, notified regarding the Clarification on the Digital Accessibility - Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and circulars of SEBI.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This is with reference to and in continuation to the Exchange notices notices nos. 20250807-11 dated August 07, 2025, 20250826-29 dated August 26, 2025 and 20250829-33 dated August 29, 2025respectively on the captioned subject.
• Research Analysts are hereby informed that the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), vide its Circular No. HO/13/19/13(2)2025-ITD-1_VIAP/1/187/2025 dated December 08, 2025, has issued clarifications with respect to its Digital Accessibility circulars.
• A copy of the said circular is enclosed as Annexure for reference.
