The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on December 05, 2025, issued the date of establishment and withdrawal for the Financial Services and other Indian Standards.
The following Indian Standards were established on November 28, 2025:
• IS 16005 (Part 1): 2025 ISO 13491-1: 2024 Financial Services — Secure Cryptographic Devices (Retail) Part 1 Concepts and Requirements (Second Revision)
• IS 19408: 2025 ISO 5401: 2024 Audit Data Collection — Customs and Indirect Tax Extension
• IS 19446: 2025 ISO 5405 : 2024 Audit Data Collection Extension — Government Regulated Financial Reports and Payroll
The following Indian Standards will be withdrawn on May 28, 2026:
• IS 16005 (Part 1): 2019 ISO 13491-1 : 2016 Financial Services — Secure Cryptographic Devices (Retail) Part 1 Concepts, Requirements and Evaluation Methods (First Revision)
