Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 08, 2025, issued date of enforcement of Selected Provisions of the Banking Laws (Amendment) Act, 2025.

The Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of December, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
