The Government of Madhya Pradesh, on December 06, 2025, issued the Madhya Pradesh Wheat (Maximum Stock Limit and Stock Declaration) Control Order, 2025.
The following amendments have been stated:-
• Declaration of stock for the purchase, sale and storage of wheat.-Every trader/retailer/big chain retailers/processor (legal entities) shall declare and update the stock held by the respective legal entities regularly on the portal (https://evegoils.nic.in/wsp/login) which will be migrated in due course of time to (https://foodstock.dfpd.gov.in) of the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India.
• Restriction on violation of order.-No trader/retailer/big chain retailers/processor (legal entities) or employee or any other person acting on his behalf, shall violate any of the provisions of this order.
