The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 10, 2025, notified regarding the Implementation of Revised Nomination Facilities for opt-out as per SEBI Circular dated January 10, 2025, on NSE MF Invest Platform.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are required to upload the Declaration Form as attached in Annexure I along with AOF
• Additional Points for applicability of Nominee Opt-Out:
• For non-demat/physical mode and for individual tax status only except minor
• For Single holding only
• For any fresh purchase and new SIP registration in new and existing UCC
