The computation is based on data from companies with at least 1% market share.
Based on the market analytics, only one company (Eris Lifesciences Ltd.) qualified for price calculation, contributing 100% of the MAT value (₹245.88 lakh). The average PTR per unit was ₹0.59, to which a 16% retailer margin of ₹0.09 was added, resulting in a worked-out retail price of ₹0.68 per unit (excluding GST). The minimum, maximum, and average PTR values all aligned at ₹0.59 due to the presence of a single qualifying brand (G75).
Accordingly, NPPA determined the retail price of Glucose 75 g powder as ₹0.68 per unit, consistent with the DPCO pricing formula and market parameters. This price applies before local taxes and ensures uniformity and affordability in the market.
