Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGFT) on December 05, 2025, issued corrigendum in the Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “certain antioxidants” originating in or exported from China PR and Singapore.

The following modification has been stated:

In partial modification of the aforementioned notification, paragraph 42 which provides information on gross Indian production (i.e., Indian production including production meant for exports) and share of applicant and other producers therein, is corrected to be read as under:

• 42. As regards the argument that applicant's standing is questionable as it considered only HPL’s domestic production when determining the total Indian production, it is seen that the share of the applicant is ***% of the total Indian production i.e., considering the gross production by the Indian producers. Based on information on record, the Authority has determined the Indian production and share of the applicant in Indian production (Table Attached).

• Further, paragraph 98 which provides the volume of Indian production, imports in relation to Indian production, and trends thereof, is corrected to be read as Table. (Attached)
