Industry Specific Compliance The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) on December 10, 2025, issued a notification regarding the withdrawal of the Demurrage Exemption.

The following has been stated: -

•The PPA Board, in its meeting on December 03, 2025, ratified the Chairperson’s decision to withdraw the demurrage exemption on all BOXN railway rakes unloaded inside the port, effective October 10, 2025.

•This reverses the earlier approval granted in the Board meeting held on June 20, 2025.
