EHS ComplianceThe Pollution Control Committee, U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, on December 10, 2025, issued a circular regarding Environmental Compliance & Third-Party Inspection.

The following has been stated: -

•Under the 1994 notification declaring Daman, Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli as environmentally fragile ecosystems, the Pollution Control Committee regulates industries through consent and risk-based monitoring.

•To support Ease of Doing Business, third-party inspection and certification will be allowed.

•Such inspections must be conducted by MoEF-recognized consultants/firms based on the industry risk profile.

•All third-party assessments will be subject to CPCB approval before implementation.
