Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on December 11, 2025, issued a circular notifying the Final Settlement Prices (FSP) for Options on Futures contracts that expired on December 11, 2025. The settlement has been carried out in accordance with the procedures prescribed under Circular No. NCCL/CLEARING-033/2024 dated June 24, 2024 governing Options on Futures clearing and settlement.

The circular specifies that the Options on Futures contracts for DHANIYA and JEERAUNJHA, whose corresponding underlying futures expire on December 19, 2025, have been settled at their respective Daily Settlement Prices (DSP) of ₹10,364.00 and ₹20,925.00. These figures serve as the FSP for the expired option series dated December 11, 2025, and are essential for determining pay-in/pay-out obligations for clearing members.

Members are advised to take note of these settlement prices for finalizing their positions, ensuring accurate accounting, and adhering to settlement obligations as per NCCL’s clearing framework. Compliance with the notified settlement methodology remains mandatory for all trading and clearing members of the exchange.
