The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on December 09, 2025, issued the notification regarding the System Audit by the members of the Exchange – ATS (ALGO Trading).
The following has been stated namely: -
• NCDEX has opened the online portal (https://noss.ncdex.com) for members and auditors to submit System Audit Reports for the half year ending September 30, 2025.
• Trading Members using Algorithmic Trading or offering algo facilities must undergo a half-yearly system audit for April–September 2025.
• The portal enables uploading of the required audit documents and completing the submission process as per the timelines specified by the Exchange.
• A detailed User Manual for System Audit Report Submission is available in the Downloads section on the NCDEX website.
• Final submission requires uploading multiple annexures—Annexure B, C, D, F, G—and recording details of the system auditor’s physical visit.
