Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Chhattisgarh, on December 11, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of the Due Date for Filing GSTR-3B.

The following has been stated: -

•The Commissioner of CGST, on the Council’s recommendation, has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B.

•For monthly filers, the return for September 2025 can be filed up to October 25, 2025.

•For quarterly filers, the return for July–September 2025 is also due by October 25, 2025.
