Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Mines, on December 09, 2025, issued a notification regarding the commencement date of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2021.

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government has notified December 09, 2025, as the effective date for bringing into force sub-clause (i) of clause (v) of section 3 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2021.
