Industry Specific ComplianceThe Lok Sabha on December 05, 2025, introduced the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against Safety of Civil Aviation (Amendment) Bill, 2025, to further amend the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Chapter II-A which state “Hoax Bomb Threat in Aviation” has been inserted in the Bill which further states: -

o The Applicability to Aircraft Flight and on Ground.

o The Offence of Hoax Bomb Threats to be cognizable and non-bailable.

o The Punishment for Hoax Bomb Threats.
