Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 10, 2025, issued the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Form No. 4A which states “Certificate of Official Approval of Import Under the Proviso to Rule 54” has been substituted.

Please refer the Rules for the Form.

This shall come into force on December 10, 2025
