The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) on December 10, 2025, issued a notification regarding Anti-Dumping Investigation concerning imports of “Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium” originating in or exported from China PR.
The following has been stated: -
•The Designated Authority had issued final findings in September 2021 on anti-dumping duty for certain flat rolled aluminium products from China PR.
•Pursuant to a final Delhi High Court order (July 2025), the earlier CESTAT order has attained finality.
•Accordingly, a corrigendum has been issued excluding Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1150 mm from the product under consideration.
•The exclusion list now includes can-body stock (including CES), aluminium foil up to 80 microns, and Lithograde aluminium coils above 1150 mm width.
