The Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest (CERSAI) on December 10, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Introduction of Quality Issues Redressal Mechanism in CKYCRR.
The following has been stated namely: -
• CKYCRR has introduced a new module in the CKYC application to enable Reporting Entities (REs) to raise and track complaints related to KYC data quality issues, directing them to the RE that last updated the KYC record.
• The module allows tracking, escalation, and closure of complaints, and all REs are advised to familiarize themselves with and use this functionality to report KYC quality issues effectively.
