The Paradip Port Authority (PPA) on December 12, 2025, notified regarding the exemption of Charges for Manual Unloading of Thermal Coal BOXN Wagons.
In its meeting No. 04/2025-26 held on 3 December 2025, the Board of PPA, through Resolution No. 152/2025-26, approved an exemption from haulage charges, siding charges, and terminal charges for thermal coal transported in BOXN wagons that are manually unloaded inside port sidings and subsequently intercarted to any of the port terminals.
This concession will remain effective until March 31, 2026, after which it will be reviewed.
