Finance & Taxation Complianceclass="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Finance (MoF), on December 15, 2025, issued an extension of Anti-Dumping Duty on Imports of Faced Glass Wool in Rolls from the People’s Republic of China.

The following has been stated namely: -

After paragraph 2 and before Explanation, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:-  “3.    Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty imposed under this notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 17th June, 2026, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.”
