The Government of Manipur, on December 13, 2025, issued the Draft Thoubal Municipal Council Building Bye-Laws, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Draft "Thoubal Municipal Council Building Bye-Laws, 2025" was notified by the Council vide Notification of even no. dated 04.12.2025 for adoption of "the Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-laws, 2024" as "Thoubal Municipal Council Building Bye-Laws, 2025" and the same was published in the Manipur Gazette, Extra-Ordinary No. 216 dated 05.12.2025 thereby inviting objections/suggestions from the general public within 7 (seven) days from December 20, 2025.
• And, whereas, no objections/suggestions have been received by the office of the Thoubal Municipal Council on the said draft Bye-Laws within the stipulated period;
• Now, therefore, in pursuance of Section 212 of the Manipur Municipalities Act, 1994, the Draft, "Thoubal Municipal Council Building Bye-Laws, 2025" is hereby published in the Manipur Gazette Extra-Ordinary as "Thoubal Municipal Council Building Bye-Laws, 2025" and the same is also hereby published for general information as ANNEXURE.
