Finance & Taxation ComplianceThe Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 15, 2025, issued a notification regarding the extension of Anti-Dumping Duty on Faced Glass Wool Rolls from China. 

The following has been stated: -

•The Central Government has reviewed the continuation of anti-dumping duty on imports of “Faced Glass Wool in Rolls” from the People’s Republic of China under section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

•The review was initiated by the designated authority on June 16, 2025, following the duty originally imposed vide notification dated March 18, 2021.

•Based on the review, the Government has amended the earlier notification to extend the applicability of the anti-dumping duty.

•The anti-dumping duty will now remain in force up to and inclusive of June 17, 2026, unless revoked, superseded, or amended earlier.
