Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on December 15, 2025, declared services of the industries engaged in the Lead and Zinc Mining Industry to be a public utility service.

The Central Government hereby declares the services of the industries engaged in the Lead and Zinc Mining Industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for a period of six months with effect from December 17, 2025.
