The Government of Manipur, on December 09, 2025, issued the Draft Heirok Municipal Council Building Bye-laws 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The general public that Heirok Municipal Council proposes to adopt “The Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-Laws, 2024”, which was notified by the Government vide Notification No. BBL-101/1/2024-MAHUD-MAHUD-Part(I) dated the 4th December, 2024 and No. BBL-101/1/2022-MAHUD-MAHUD-Part(I) dated the 31st December, 2024, as “Heirok Municipal Council Building Bye-laws 2025” from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette of Manipur.
• Any objection(s)/suggestion(s) to the introduction of the Unified Building Bye-laws may be submitted to the Executive Officer, Heirok Municipal Council, by December 16, 2025.
• Copies of the aforesaid Bye-laws shall be available for inspection in the office of the undersigned from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on all working days during the specified period.
