The Government of Manipur, on December 15, 2025, issued the Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-Laws (First Amendment), 202,5 to further amend the Model Manipur Unified Building Bye-Laws, 2024.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In bye-law 5, the (i) sub-bye-law (1)(t) has been deleted;
• In bye-law 5, the (ii) sub-bye-law (6) has been substituted.
• In Bye-Law 81(1) of the said Bye-Laws, for the word and character “Appendix-B”, the word and character “Annexure-D” has been substituted.
• After Bye-Law 84 of the said Bye-Laws, Bye-Law 84(A) has been inserted.
• After Bye-Law 89 of the said Bye-Laws, Bye-Law 89(A) has been inserted.
