The Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on December 16, 2025, notified regarding the Submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for the Financial Year 2024-25.
The following has been stated, namely: -
• The circular notified regarding the deadline for submission of Annual Returns and Annual Confirmations for Financial Year 2024-25 by trading members, clearing members, and other participants on or before December 31, 2025.
• All members are required to comply with the revised timeline and ensure that requisite filings are made without further delay.
• Failure to submit the returns or confirm compliance within the extended timeframe may attract regulatory action under MCX membership rules.
• Members are requested to take note and take the necessary steps to update their records and complete the filings promptly.
