The National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on December 17, 2025, issued a reminder notification regarding the submission of annual return for FY 2024-25.
Members are required to submit the Annual Return electronically through the NCFE portal on or before December 31, 2025. The user manual for online submission is available on the NCFE portal, NCDEX website, and the Extranet Common Server.
Failure to submit or delayed submission will attract penalties as per the revised penalty structure. Penalties range from ₹1,500–₹3,000 per day for the first 7 days and ₹2,500–₹5,000 per day from the 8th to the 21st day, depending on whether the member is a QSB or Non-QSB. Continued non-submission may lead to restrictions on new client registrations, disablement of trading facilities, and eventual disablement across all segments until submission of the Annual Return.
