Labour ComplianceThe Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on December 16, 2025, issued a notification regarding instructions to ensure Tie-up with HCOs (Govt./Private) in all regions as per the requirement under ESIC Pensioners' Medical Scheme 2006.

The following has been stated: -

•The Regional Directors are responsible for ensuring tie-ups with the required government/private hospitals under ESIC PMS as per the revised guidelines dated May 25, 2021.

•Tie-ups should primarily be with CGHS/CSMA/State Government–approved hospitals to provide comprehensive and tertiary medical care to pensioners.

•Where necessary, additional hospitals may be empanelled based on local needs, following CGHS-like terms and conditions.

•Nodal Officers must submit compliance reports and regularly update the empanelled hospital list on the website for beneficiary awareness.
