Labour Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu, on December 03, 2025, issued Draft amendments to the Minimum Wages (Tamil Nadu) Rules, 1953.

The following has been stated: -

•In the Rules.- Rule 28-B shall be omitted, and Form XII shall be omitted.

Any objection or suggestion may be sent within 3 months from December 03, 2025.
