The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL), on December 18, 2025, issued a reminder circular to all Clearing Members regarding the submission of the Annual Return for the Financial Year 2024–25, in continuation of earlier circulars dated October 9, 2025 and October 31, 2025, which had prescribed the requirement and granted an extension for submission.
NCCL has advised all Clearing Members who have not yet complied to submit their Annual Return in electronic format through the NCFE portal on or before the final due date of December 31, 2025. The requirement applies uniformly to all eligible Clearing Members and is a mandatory compliance obligation under NCCL’s membership and regulatory framework.
The circular further cautions that non-submission or late submission of the Annual Return, or any other form of non-compliance, shall attract penalty and/or disciplinary action in accordance with the provisions laid down in the earlier NCCL circulars. Clearing Members are therefore urged to ensure timely compliance to avoid regulatory consequences.
