The following IS have been established on December 08, 2025 namely: -
• IS 16836 : 2025 ISO 18774 : 2024 Financial Services — Financial Instrument Short Name (FISN) (First Revision)
• IS 19493 : 2025 Healthcare Services — Format of Hospital Bills — Requirements and Recommendations
The following IS has been withdrawn on June 08, 2026 namely: -
• IS 16836 : 2018 ISO 18774 : 2015 Securities and Related Financial Instruments — Financial Instrument Short Name (FISN)
