Industry Specific ComplianceThe Paradipp Port Authority (PPA) on December 10, 2025, issued the notification regarding the 100% Railway Terminal Charge Concession for Incremental Cargo at PPA – FY 2025–26.

The following has been stated namely: -

• 100% concession in Railway Terminal Charges is offered for incremental shipments in FY 2025–26 (over FY 2024–25) and for new consignors/consignees shipping iron ore and pellets, coal and coke, and specified flux materials.

• The concession also applies to vessels lightened/up-topped at PPA with balance cargo handled at HDC for incremental shipments during FY 2025–26.

• The concession is applicable at all PPA and PPP terminal sidings, and only one port concession may be availed per consignor/consignee, concessions cannot be combined.
