Industry Specific Compliance The Department of Home, Goa on December 11, 2025, issued a notification regarding the prohibition of strike in pharmaceutical sector.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Strike in any form in all establishments engaged in manufacturing, packaging, distribution and transportation of pharmaceutical products and components thereof in pharmaceutical sector in the State of Goa has been prohibited with immediate effect.

• This Order shall be valid for a period of six months with effect from December 17, 2025.
