The Labour Resource Department, Bihar on December 05, 2025, issued the Industrial Relation (Bihar) Rules, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Bi-Partite Forums are stated in the Rules under Chapter II
• The regulations regarding the Trade Union is stated under Chapter III
• The regulations regarding the Notice of Change
• Number of persons by whom the notice of strike shall be given, the person or persons to whom such notice shall be given and the manner of giving such notice has been stated.
• Forms have been attached to the Rules.
This shall come into force on December 05, 2025
