Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (MoA&FW), on December 17, 2025, issued the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Thirteen Amendment Order, 2025, to further amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order,1985.

The following has been stated namely:-

• In clause 38, sub-clause 1 shall be renumbered as sub-clause “(1)” thereof;

• In clause 38, sub-clause (1) as so numbered, for the word “ten” the word shall be substituted with“fourteen “.

• In clause 38, sub-clause (4) shall be omitted.
