Secretarial ComplianceThe Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on December 19, 2025, issued a circular regarding Ease of Doing Compliance- Submission of Action Taken Report (ATR) for noncompliance(s) reported in the Internal Audit Report.

The following has been stated: -

•Trading Members must close all non-compliances reported in the Internal Audit Report within two months; for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, the Action Taken Report (ATR) is due by January 31, 2026.

•ATR must be submitted electronically through the Member Portal as per the prescribed procedure and Auditor Certificate format (Annexures I & II).

•Failure to submit or close observations within the due date will attract monetary penalties/disciplinary action; critical non-compliances will invite immediate action without waiting for ATR submission.

•ATR submission is considered complete only after submission by the Member and receipt of an acknowledgment email from the Exchange.
