The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on December 16, 2025, issued a notification regarding recovery activity through the Insurance Module.
The following has been stated: -
•The Recovery-related activities are not consistently being carried out through the Insurance Module, causing record mismatches and monitoring issues.
•All regions must ensure every recovery activity is performed through the Insurance Module, in addition to manual records, until the system stabilizes.
•All pending manually issued Recovery Certificates must be migrated into the system using the Data Migration screen, and any duplicate entries must be dropped/closed.
•Cases already recovered or settled but still showing as pending in the system must be closed to keep the Recovery List accurate and actionable.
