class="MsoNormal">The Transport & Road Safety Department, Govt. of Rajasthan, on December 18, 2025, notified regarding the exemption of Motor Vehicle Tax.
Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951 (Act No.11 of 1951), the State Government believing that it is in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts Motor Vehicle Tax in excess of rupees 7000/- payable under the provisions of the said Act on passenger vehicles of other states coming/going to Ajmer city during the period 15.12.2025 to 29.12.2025 on permit issued under sub-section (8) of section 88 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
