The Government of Nagaland on November 29, 2025, issued the Guidelines of Telecommunications Right of Way (RoW) Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Telecommunications (Right of Way) Rules 2024 shall prevail and be enforced retrospectively in the State with effect from January 01, 2025.
• Any provision contained in the previous Guidelines for Granting Right of Way (Row) for Installation of Telecom Infrastructure in the State of Nagaland, 2019, shall be deemed superseded to ensure alignment with the latest Rules notified by the Government of India.
