Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 19, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Change in the Expiry date and Maturity date of Equity Derivative Contracts.

The following has been stated namely: -

• For equity derivative contracts, the Expiry and Maturity Date is revised from March 26, 2026 to March 25, 2026.

• The revised dates will be reflected in the end-of-day contract master files on December 23, 2025.
