The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH), on December 10, 2025, issued a notification revising the Annual Accreditation Fee under the NABH Ayush Accreditation Program, which has been in place since 2009 to promote quality and patient safety in the Ayush healthcare sector. The revision has been undertaken in view of increased operational costs, changing market conditions, and recent fee revisions across other NABH accreditation programs.
Under the revised framework, the annual accreditation fee has been rationalised based on sanctioned bed strength and category of Ayush healthcare facilities, including Ayush hospitals providing Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani and Siddha services, Yoga and Naturopathy hospitals, and Panchakarma Clinics/Day Care Centres. While the annual accreditation fee has been revised, the application fee for all bed categories remains unchanged. The detailed fee structure has been provided in the Annexure to the notification, and all fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
The revised fee structure shall come into effect from January 1, 2026, and will apply to all Ayush healthcare organisations whose accreditation fee payment due date falls on or after that date. Ayush healthcare facilities have been advised to take note of the revised fees and ensure timely compliance with the updated accreditation payment requirements.
