The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority, Department of Pharmaceuticals, (NPPA) on December 19, 2025, withdrawn the draft working sheet uploaded on its website on November 25, 2025, in respect of M/s Softdeal Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., with immediate effect.
The draft working sheet, which had been placed in the public domain for stakeholder information, shall no longer be treated as valid or operative for any regulatory, pricing, or compliance-related purpose. Consequently, any calculations, references, or representations based on the said draft working sheet stand rendered inoperative.
