The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL), on December 22, 2025, notified regarding the Settlement holidays for the Calendar year 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• All Members are advised that in terms of Bye Laws 8.16.2, the following days are declared as settlement holidays for the calendar year 2026
• On select holidays, morning sessions are closed while evening sessions remain open, whereas some days are fully closed for both sessions.
• Holidays include national festivals, religious occasions, and commemorative days, with separate treatment for weekends.
• Members may note that banking transactions will not be carried out on above days but on the next working days of the banks. Members may please make note of the same and plan their capital requirements accordingly. For Trading holidays, kindly refer to our circular no. NCDEX/TRADING-040/2025 dated December 16, 2025.
