Secretarial Compliance The Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) on December 22, 2025, issued a notification regarding the implementation of the Mandatory CKYC ID Requirement.

The following has been stated: -

•The mandatory requirement to provide CKYC ID for registration of security interest charges has been deferred from January 01, 2026, to March 01, 2026.

•This notification supersedes the earlier notification dated December 09, 2025, and creditors are advised to make necessary arrangements accordingly.
