The Government of Rajasthan on December 10, 2025, amended an older notification No. F.4(2)FD/Tax/2023-41 dated February 10, 2023, related to changes to matters notified under the Registration Act.
The following has been stated: -
•The notification amends Item 3 by substituting the existing list of villages with a revised list of specified Gram areas.
•The substitution removes certain villages from the earlier list while retaining the remaining notified villages.
This notification shall be effective from December 11, 2025.
