The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on December 19, 2025, notified regarding the extension of the DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Ay. 9 issued vide No.U-16/13/6/ Ayur.-9/2022 – AYUSH.
ESIC has approved the extension of the existing DG ESIC Rate Contract No. AY.9 from November 17, 2025, to January 16, 2026, or until finalization of the new rate contract, whichever is earlier. The extension is subject to the firm’s willingness to supply on the same approved terms and conditions. No supply orders shall be placed for drugs found not of Standard Quality, and orders shall be issued only to first-preference holders.
