The Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA) on December 12, 2025, issued a circular regarding the final extension of time for submission of the Annual Audit Report of the financial year 2024-25 as per section 4(2)(1)(D) of the RERA Act, 2016.
The following has been stated: -
•The deadline for submission of the Annual Audit Report (Form-7) for FY 2024–25 has been extended up to December 31, 2025.
•Non-compliance with the extended deadline may attract penalties under Section 60 of the RERA Act.
