The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCX), on December 22, 2025, notified regarding the Clearing and Settlement Holidays for the year 2026.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In terms of the Regulation 10.3, list of Clearing and Settlement holidays, on account of banking holidays, for the year 2026.
• The members are advised to keep sufficient margins and collateral allocations with MCXCCL for uninterrupted trading for any trading session/s on these days since, MTM Loss of the previous day(s) along with other obligations shall be blocked from the Clearing Member’s margin limits
• Bank holidays falling on Saturdays and Sundays excluded from the list.
• The holiday lists are enclosed below.
