Commercial Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh, on September 01, 2025, notified regarding the amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.

The following has been stated namely:-

• For Rule 17 (1), which states, fee payable for verification and stamping of Weights & Measures and Weighing & Measuring Instruments shall be revised in Schedule IX:-

• Weights:-

• Iron Parallelopiped (50kg to 5kg)

• Cylindrical Knob type weights (10kg to 1 g)

• Hexagonal (50kg to 50g)

• Bullion Weights
